Applied research, industrial research and experimental development in the fields of virtual and augmented reality and ergonomics
Since 2019, XR Institute s.r.o. (Extended Reality Institute) has focused primarily on applied research, industrial research and experimental development in the fields of virtual and augmented reality and ergonomics. Our activities primarily cover the industrial manufacturing sector, however, we are also active in the fields of logistics, administration, healthcare, education and security forces. All of these sectors enable the deployment of specially developed virtual reality applications that reflect the needs of these target groups. In the field of ergonomics, our ergonomics and occupational health laboratory is certified by the National Institute of Health for the authorized measurement of total physical load, local muscular load and workplace ergonomics. All our activities are carried out to improve the quality of life and the overall health of the population. Our goal is to increase the intensity, quality and speed of the diffusion of innovation and technology transfer into the economic practice of our region, with an emphasis on progressive (high-tech) technologies.
